Also known as the “Roof of Thailand,” Doi Inthanon National Park covers an area of 482 km² in Chiang Mai Province, northern Thailand. The park is part of the Himalayan mountain range, with altitudes ranging from 800 to 2,565 meters, culminating at Doi Inthanon, the highest mountain in Thailand. Due to the altitude, the park is humid and cool year-round, with average daily temperatures around 10–12°C. A sweater or light jacket is highly recommended.

08:00 – Pick-up from your hotel and departure.
09:30 – Arrival at Wachirathan Waterfall; time to visit and enjoy a short walk in the area.
10:00 – Continue to the highest peak of the mountain, and enjoy a short walk through the evergreen forest along the Angka Trail.
11:00 – Visit the twin pagodas, dedicated to the King and Queen.
12:00 – Begin descent with a stop at the local ethnic market.
12:30 – Lunch at a local restaurant.
14:00 – Start of the trekking to the Karen village of Mae Klang Luang, known for its coffee cultivation.
Follow the Pha Dok Siew trail, passing waterfalls, tea and coffee plantations on your way down.
At the village, enjoy a tasting of organic coffee prepared the traditional Karen way.
16:00 – Departure and return to Chiang Mai; arrival between 17:00 and 17:30.
